Tasting notes: old autochtonous wine of Friaul, very popular in the whole region. Intensive scent, vinous, with touches reminding of wild blackberries. Strong favour, lively, typically tanninous and pleasently plain
Accompaniment: fatty meat, sausages, matured cheese
