    Vinifcation: Maceration: cold, on the skins; Decanting: cold, static; Fermentation: 12 days in stainless steel vats
    Élevage: on fine-grained lees for 6 months
    Ageing: in the bottle for a further 2 months
    Tasting notes: golden colour; typical scent of honey, lime blossoms and ripe fruits. The unique tannin of this white wine joines on the palate with its amabile and acidity touches
    Accompaniment: desserts in general, dry biscuits and gubana (traditional cake of the Friaul region)
    Serving temperature: 8°-10° C
