    Tasting notes: absolutely most representative white wine of the enology and the viticulture of the Friaul. Of intensive straw-yellow colour; fowery, fruity favour with a typical touch reminiscent of the caracteristic favour of bitter almonds. On the palate resolutely dry, but thanks to the slight acidity, which distinguishs the wine, it appears always round, full-bodied and velvety Accompaniment: perfect with fresh cheese, vegetable omelettes and vegetable or rice stews.
