    Tasting notes: ancient autochtonous vine of the Friaul, very popular in the entire region. Garnet red colour tending to violet. Intensive scent and pleasant touches of wild blackberries and undergrowth. Spicy, typical tanninous, plain, with sustained and pleasant aftertaste. With the right aging, it gets finer and more gentle. The wine fuses the typical character of the sort with a strong regional identity
    Accompaniment: spiced courses with meat sauces, red meat (roasted or braised) and venison, matured and piquant cheese
    Serving temperature: 16°-18° C
