    Vinification: separate from chardonnay, sauvignon and friulano; maceration: low temperature skin contact; decantation: low temperature static decantation; fermentation: in 500l tonneaux for the chardonnay; 12 days in steel vats for the friulano and sauvignon.
    Elevage: on noble lees for 8 months
    Refinement: the chardonnay is refined in wood for 8 months; after blending of the three varieties, the wine is refined in steel for months and for additional 2 months in the bottle.
    Tasting: on the nose, it presents slight vanilla and sweet citrus notes. On the palate it is structured, full bodied, and harmonious, with a persistent aftertaste.
    Gastronomic matches: excellent all-round wine, it combines well with vegetable, white meat and fatty fish dishes
    Serving temperature: 12°-14° C
