    Ageing: in the bottle for a further 1 months
    Tasting notes: straw yellow colour, with scents of fowers and fruit associate with green apple and lime-blossoms.
    Accompaniment: perfect as aperitif but also with fish and vegetables
    Serving Temperature: 10-12°
